About the Journal
The DICERE journal was conceived as the academic magazine of the Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas of the Universidad del Azuay. The target audience includes students, professionals, and experts who are interested in disseminating academic and scientific proposals related to Law and International Studies, which have a formal analysis of the different problems or advances that occur in the daily life of society within local or international contexts.
