About the Journal

The Journal DICERE of Law and International Studies is a peer reviewed open-access journal, envisioned as the academic publication of the Faculty of Legal Sciences at the University of Azuay, is dedicated to the generation of scientific knowledge in the fields of Law and International Studies. Accordingly, the journal will disseminate academic proposals grounded in a rigorous and interdisciplinary state of the art. The articles published in Journal DICERE will comprehensively address various tensions and issues pertinent to both national and international contexts.

En esta edición, la Revista DICERE presenta una serie de investigaciones que abordan, desde una perspectiva integradora e interdisciplinaria, las cuestiones críticas más pertinentes en el ámbito jurídico y en las relaciones internacionales contemporáneas. Esta aproximación es fundamental para desentrañar la complejidad inherente a los desafíos globales actuales, los cuales rara vez se circunscriben a una única disciplina. Los estudios incluidos en esta publicación han sido desarrollados bajo un enfoque reflexivo, analítico y estrictamente científico, lo cual les permite proponer marcos teóricos caracterizados por un rigor metodológico y una clara vocación innovadora. Dicho rigor se manifiesta en la aplicación de metodologías avanzadas y en la reinterpretación de paradigmas establecidos, lo que a su vez facilita la articulación de soluciones vanguardistas y aplicables a los retos emergentes.
