Resumen

Este artículo es de carácter descriptivo. Se utilizó, principalmente, la recolección de información, para determinar y entender el complejo contexto global. Es importante entender el quarks1 de las relaciones internacionales; en otras palabras, comprender la piedra angular de esta ciencia y las teorías en las que se fundamenta. El proverbio chino “el aleteo de las alas de una mariposa se puede sentir al otro lado del mundo” ha sido una base para describir la interdependencia entre Estados. Para ello, es importante conocer teorías básicas de las relaciones internacionales Es por ello que este trabajo aporta a este entendimiento, abordando las teorías clásicas de la ciencia política como el realismo y el liberalismo (que muchas veces evoca a la naturaleza del ser humano); así mismo, se analizarán teorías del poder, considerándolo como un elemento fundamental, sobre todo la teoría de la hegemonía de Gramsci y el balance de poder. Desde estas teorías, se podrá entender mejor la situación actual del real politics. En este trabajo, se determina que China toma un papel importante y el contexto global se encuentra en un sistema bipolar de poder.

Absract

This article is made with a descriptive method. The information was collected by gathering prior investigations and it was used to determine and understand the complex global context of real politics. Nowdays, in international relations, there are a lot of theories on which this science is based. This article talks about many importants concepts. There is a chinese proverb that says: "The flapping of a butterfly's wings can be felt on the other side of the world". It has been used to explain the interdependence among states, because it shows that an act in state can affect another country. That is because, in the postmodernalistic world, all countries are connected. For this reason, this work contributes to this understanding by addressing the classical theories of political science such as realism and liberalism (which often evokes the nature of the human being), as well as theories of power, Gramsci's theory of hegemony and the balance of power. This allows us to comprehend, based from these theories, the current situation of real politics. In this work, it is determined that China takes an important role and the global context is in a bipolar system of power, since the new millenium.
