COMPARACIÓN DE SISTEMAS CONSTRUCTIVOS APLICADOS EN LAS VIVIENDAS DE INTERÉS SOCIAL (VIS) DE 36M2 DE CONSTRUCCIÓN PROMOVIDAS POR EL MINISTERIO DE DESARROLLO URBANO Y VIVIENDA (MIDUVI), EN LA ZONA DE PLANIFICACIÓN 6 – AUSTRO - ECUADOR, ENTRE LASTIPOLOGÍAS DEL AÑO 2018 Y 2022

Resumen

Las viviendas de interés social propuestas por el Ministerio de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda (MIDUVI) tienen el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias. Para aportar al mejoramiento, la investigación se basa en comparar los sistemas constructivos utilizados en estas viviendas, en la Zona de Planificación 6 - Austro - Ecuador, entre 2018 y 2022. El análisis se enfocó en el uso de materiales y la detección de posibles problemas; se consideró la adaptabilidad al clima local. Se evaluó la relación entre paredes y cubiertas, así como la disponibilidad, características físicas y adaptabilidad de los materiales utilizados. La verificación de los sistemas constructivos se llevó a cabo mediante la construcción de secciones a escala 1:1; se analizó el comportamiento de los materiales en relación con temperatura, humedad e incidencia solar. Los resultados obtenidos ofrecieron información valiosa sobre el rendimiento y la idoneidad de los sistemas constructivos propuestos por MIDUVI. Esto podrá contribuir a garantizar una vivienda digna y a mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes.

Abstract
The social housing proposed by MIDUVI aims to improve the quality of life of families. To contribute to the improvement, the research is based on comparing the construction systems used in these houses in Planning Zone 6 - Austro between 2018 and 2022. The analysis focused on using materials and detecting potential problems; adaptability to the local climate was considered. The relationship between walls and roofs wasevaluated, as well as the availability, physical characteristics, and adaptability of the materials used. The construction systems were verified by building sections on a scale of 1:1, the behavior of the materials, such as
temperature, humidity, and solar incidence, was analyzed. The results provided valuable information on the performance and suitability of the construction systems proposed by MIDUVI. This may contribute to guaranteeing decent housing and improving the inhabitants' quality of life.
